New cases per 100,000 residents in the past seven days: 272.4

New cases in the past week: 1,046

Total cases: 89,518 (Cases do not include those confirmed by home tests unless residents report those to health officials.)

Total deaths: 514

New deaths reported in the past week: Two, a 62-year-old Fort Collins woman who died June 19 and a 71-year-old Berthoud man who died June 9

Deaths tied to outbreaks: 158

Seven-day percent positivity: 13.4%

Community COVID-19 rating: High

Active outbreaks: 51, including 20 skilled nursing or assisted living centers, 17 schools, four child care centers and two overnight camps

Percentage of all residents fully vaccinated: 68.7%

Total number of vaccine doses administered: 671,213
